The proposed site consisting of an overall 6 acres is currently with planning permission for hotel and ancillary car parking. The Hotel will consist of 166 rooms, 2 bars, restaurant, conference centre, leisure centre and swimming pool.

It is proposed the Hotel would be of a 4-Star Standard. The proximity to the race course suggests a Casino should form part of the services offered at the Hotel.

Subject to the necessary planning approval DRC has considered the inclusion of a Neighbourhood Centre. We believe the site with current permission for a Hotel only maybe underdeveloped.
